Description
The SoMAS machine and carpenter shops, occupying 1,600 square feet in Discovery Hall on the South Campus of Stony Brook University, includes the following equipment:
Machine lathes: 12 inch and 6 inch swing.
Bridgeport milling machine.
Two heavy duty drill presses.
MIG, arc, and gas welding machines.
Band and table saws.
