Abstract
We describe a fiber-coupled miniature microscope with tunable focus using no mechanical parts for two-photon scanning microscopy in thick mouse brain tissue. A frequency-resolved optical grating (FROG) is used to measure the dispersive effects in the fiber-bundle.
