A case of eosinophilic granuloma: confirmation by immunohistochemistry

  • Stony Brook University

Research output: Contribution to journalArticlepeer-review

Abstract

Eosinophilic granuloma is a clinical entity that is relatively easy to diagnose. If confirmation beyond routine tinctorial staining is required, a panel of irnmunohistochemical markers is a cheaper and faster alternative to electron microscopy. (The J Histotechno11 1: 159, 1988.).
