Abstract
The present study was undertaken to compare the immunologic effects of conventional therapy (Prednisone/Azathioprine) and cyclosporine therapy in renal allograft recipients. Lymphocyte subset monitoring and natural killer (NK) cell activity were analyzed and compared for the purposes of this study.
