Abstract
A new software system for automated analysis of DCE-MR imagery was developed. In this system, an imaging study would undergo an automated quality control, and subsequent postprocessing would evaluate the imaging volume utilizing registration, segmentation, and classification methodologies to detect and characterize the relevant areas/lesions. This paper presents the runtime support for quantitative analysis of image datasets obtained from DCE-MR studies on distributed collections of computer clusters and data storage systems.
