Abstract

We report on bandwidth extension and polarization control of our terahertz time-domain polarimetry (THz-TDP) system based on the spinning the electro-optic sampling technique. We have extended the bandwidth of this system by using two-color laser plasma as the source and GaP crystal as the detector. We characterize the precision of this system to be approximately 2.0 degrees. The polarization of the THz emission can be controlled by varying the phase delay between the two-color pump pulses.
