Abstract
We have calculated the rates of the two-electron co-tunneling via Wigner lattice confined to a one-dimensional quantum dot. The co-tunneling rate is shown to be suppressed by the formation of the Wigner lattice more strongly that the rate of the single-electron tunneling.
