Abstract

This commentary is based on a 7-manuscript special series on distress tolerance (DT) and its relationship with psychopathology and behavioral health problems. The commentary highlights study findings in the context of core issues regarding DT as a construct and its measurement. Issues for future consideration also are discussed.
