Abstract

Time domain dielectric methods have been used to compare the dynamics of the a relaxation of poly(aryl ether ketone) polymers. The real time variation of the macroscopic dielectric decay functions with crystallization time has been interpreted assuming an increase in the intermolecular cooperativity of the a relaxation as the polymer chains are obliged to move between crystalline regions.
