Abstract
The structure-activity relationships of N-terminal modified RGD peptides against platelet aggregation inhibitory activity were studied, and Orotyl- Ser-Arg-Gly-Asp-Trp (NSL-9403) was found to be a new and effective anti- thrombotic agent during extracorporeal circulation.
