Abstract

This paper proposes an EMI filter design software which can serve as an aid to the designer to quickly arrive at optimal filter sizes based on off-line measurement data or simulation results. The software covers different operating conditions-such as: different switching devices, different types of switching techniques, different load conditions and layout of the test setup. The proposed software design works for both silicon based and WBG based power converters.
