Abstract

A typographical error appeared in an equation in our paper. On page 2166, column 2, the sentence following Eq. (1) should have read: Sweeping δ at a rate δ less than its maximum value gives a deceleration a = δ/k, and Eq. (1) then gives v = (δ/k) - (γ/2k) [s(γγ/δ -1) - 1]^1/2.
