Abstract
Methods for dealing with rotational sidebands in MASS spectra are discussed and it is shown that both chemical shift scaling and TOSS suffer from deficiencies in the regime where DELTA sigma / upsilon //R is large. A new hybrid experiment consisting of four pi -pulses followed by chemical shift scaling is presented. The experiment eliminates sidebands without significant total intensity losses.
