Abstract

MicroabstractEPCORE NHL-6 evaluated outpatient administration and monitoring of subcutaneous epcoritamab after the first full dose in 2L+ DLBCL. Epcoritamab was generally well tolerated with nearly all patients successfully monitored in the outpatient setting, highlighting feasibility of outpatient epcoritamab administration and representing an opportunity to advance patient care across academic and community-based centers. Efficacy was consistent with previous 3L+ DLBCL findings.
