Erratum: Giant polarization charge density at lattice-matched GaN/ScN interfaces (Applied Physics Letters (2019) 115 (232103) DOI: 10.1063/1.5126717)

In the original published article (Ref. 1), the following two minor errors were identified: 1. In Eq. (1), the sign of the second term is incorrect. The correct form of the equation is (Formula Presented). The full derivation is available in Ref. 2, which also explicitly clarifies the convention that e < 0. 2. The sign of the parameter d was incorrectly depicted in Figs. 1(b) and 1(c) of Ref. 1. The arrows depicting d should point from the plane of anions to the plane of cations. The values shown in Fig. 1(d) were obtained with this sign convention, and none of the results in the paper are affected.
