Estimating CMRO2 with multi-modality imaging using a multi-compartment vascular model

Abstract

We propose a novel multi-compartment Windkessel model, which utilizes multi-modality measured NIRS and fMRI data, and estimate the hemodynamic vascular and metabolic changes separated into three compartments (arteriolar, capillary and venous).
