Abstract

A thoracic paravertebral mass in an asymptomatic woman with type I Gaucher's disease proved to be due to extramedullary hematopoiesis. This is, to our knowledge, the first case of intrathoracic extramedullary hematopoiesis reported with Gaucher's disease.
