Abstract

Some experimental results related to the bulk modulus and its pressure derivative reported for the different polytypes by various authors were summarized. More results, both experimental and theoretical, were contained in references contained therein. It was found that the ultrasonic and x-ray values of the bulk modulus were in good agreement with those reported by the other authors.
