Abstract

The high statistics of ALEPH data on hadronic τ decays were used to calculate Euclidean space correlation functions in the vector and axial-vector channels. Focus was on the linear combinations ∏v(x)±A(x). A comparison of the two correlators with the predictions of the random installation liquid and the OPE was also made.
