Abstract

Infrared-Optical Hybrid Microscopy (IR-OH) provides mid-IR imaging on the visible microscope platform based on photothermal expansion. Spectral IR imaging of full tissue slides is demonstrated for automated disease diagnosis and computational H&E staining.
