Abstract

Chemo efficacy depends on the drug concentration at the target sites. Doxorubicin (Dox) is a common anti-cancer for many cancers including ovarian cancer. Here we show quantification of the drug concentration of recently developed porphyrin-phospholipid (PoP)-liposome encapsulated Dox using diffuse optical methods.
