Abstract
An in-depth and complete picture of crystallization processes from the glass in poly(ether-ether-ketone) (PEEK) was established using a combination of real time techniques revealing the parallel evolution of the crystalline phase (WAXS and SAXS) together with methods detecting the real time changes in the amorphous phase (dielectric spectroscopy). The obtained results support the concept that sample morphology consists of lamellar stacks, separated by broad amorphous regions.
