Abstract

At this point let me make few comments on the term “plasma” and other terminology to be used. Plasma, by definition, is a matter made of particles with a long-range interactions, 1∕r in three dimensions. It is mostly used for electromagnetic plasmas made of ionized atoms or quark-gluon plasma in which long-range forces are due to gluon exchange. Since monopoles have Coulomb-type Abelian tails, and since they come with all signs (mono and anti-mono) available, their ensemble fits this definition as well.
