Abstract
"Morte d'amour" (death by love) has been commonly described in men with coronary artery disease in which the excitement and cardiovascular stress of sexual relations has caused ischemia or fatal arrhythmia, or both. We describe ventricular fibrillation after sexual intercourse in a young woman without coronary artery disease.
