Abstract

highest densities of cold matter in the universe. Combining laboratory experiments with observations of neutron stars will constrain the equation of state of relatively cold and dense matter. In addition, neutron stars are also laboratories for testing general relativity theory. Neutron stars are laboratories for dense matter physics, since they contain the highest densities of cold matter in the universe. Combining laboratory experiments with observations of neutron stars will constrain the equation of state of relatively cold and dense matter. In addition, neutron stars are also laboratories for testing general relativity theory.
