Abstract

Obsessive-compulsive personality disorder (OCPD) is a personality disorder characterized by excessive perfectionism, inflexibility, and need for control that negatively impacts interpersonal relationships, occupational functioning, or other important domains of an individual's life. Individuals with this condition often maintain strict principles and are intolerant of others who do not conform to their standards.
