On the nucleolus of the threshold based discounting network (TBDN) game

Abstract

We consider the cost allocation problem in communication networks with threshold based discounting. In order to describe this cost allocation problem, we formulate the associated cooperative game, to be referred to as the threshold based discounting network (TBDN) game. We then demonstrate that the nucleolus of the TBDN game can be efficiently characterized for relatively 'large' networks.
