Abstract

A simple method for cascade light source fabrication, which eliminates the influence of irregularities inevitably present in a structure with a high number of cascade stages, is proposed. The scheme allows the achievement of automatically optimal emission conditions over the structure due to the redistribution of voltage among specially designed barriers.
