Abstract
Precise measurements of the curvature radii of mirrors were carried out. A 2 cm accuracy was obtained for mirrors with 1868 cm curvature radii and 5 cm diameters. An illuminated periodical lattice is used as the object and the image is fixed by a CCD line. The focus of a mirror is determined by the maximum of the main Fourier harmonic of the image. The method was used to measure mirror radii for a confocal optical resonator on the VEPP-3 storage ring FEL.
