Abstract
A patient undergoing induction of ovulation with human menopausal gonadotropin was monitored with serial sonography and plasma estrogens. Multiple follicles were noted prior to administration of human chorionic gonadotropin, and multiple pregnancies, not all of which were viable, were confirmed subsequently.
