Abstract
In this study, we examined the applicability of Lotka’s law by reviewing 590 STEM librarianship research articles published in seven journals between 2016 and 2019. Our analysis suggests that the frequency distribution of scientific productivity in the field of STEM librarianship does not comply with Lotka’s law, with fewer authors writing more than one research article than expected.
