Abstract
A man presented with what appeared to be unilateral testicular torsion. A nuclear medicine scan demonstrated the torsion but failed to reveal a concurrent asymptomatic contralateral torsion. We believe this is the first reported case of simultaneous bilateral testicular torsion in a man.
