Abstract
With improved methods of diagnosis, there has been increasing awareness of the complexity of the mechanisms whereby immunities to sperm affect human fertility. Current efforts to characterize the sperm-associated antigens relative to fertilization will lead to both improved methods of diagnosis and treatment in the near future
