Abstract
This case study intends to demonstrate the lessons learned as an academic library went through several changes to accommodate an increase in streaming video requests on their campus. A historical outline of the changing landscape of streaming video procedures and platforms will be provided for context. The iterative changes in vendor relations, internal workflows, and resources allocated to adapt to the changing nature of streaming videos as well as lessons learned during implementation will be presented.
