Abstract
High multiplicity pp and pA bins display elliptic and triangular flows, similar to that observed in AA collisions. We discuss why hydrodynamic description of such "small drops of QGP" should work, and in fact the main-radial-flow should even be stronger than in the textbook AA cases. We end up briefly discussing re-summation of high gradients.
