Abstract
We summarize the results of a careful reanalysis of the laboratory constraints on new Z′ neutral gauge boson parameters that follow from the recent precision measurements of the standard model Z-boson mass at LEP/SLC and recent CDF/UA2 constraints on the top quark and W-masses, all combined with low-energy neutral current data that include deep-inelastic νμN scattering, the eD scattering asymmetry, atomic parity violation, νe and νp scattering, etc.
