Abstract
From a retroactive data analysis, we obtain the first upper bound on the L=2 kaon decay K+-++ B(K+-++)<1.5×10-4. We also discuss K+-+e+ and L=2 decays of D and B mesons. We suggest experiments which can improve our limit and discuss the connection with direct searches for heavy neutrinos in K2+ decay.
